Tungsten-copper

In our production the powder metal material EROMET is basically made of a 80/20% and a 75/25% Tungsten-copper concentration respectively.

The most of characteristic for of of EROMET are:

  1. high burn-off resistance
  2. good electrical conductivity
  3. high termal conductivity
  4. little alloy inclination
  5. good mechinability

Examples of usage:

  1. electrodes for countersunk eroding (EDM = electrical discharge machining) of
  2. materials, which are difficult to be machined such as cemented-carbide, heavy metal, and tungsten
  3. electrodes for electrochemical wearing out
  4. electrodes for resistance welding
  5. contacts for electrical switching technology

Possible shapes:

Wands, plates, blocs, mouldings (according to graphical model), tubes.

Common dimensions can be supplied ex stock.
